Colonial Cooking with Allyson Szabo In-Person
Come join Allyson Szabo for an evening of joyful learning about the foods, spices, and styles of cooking that were enjoyed in colonial New England.
Taste an 18th century dish, and take home the recipe to try yourself. Allyson will bring her spices and some cookbooks written during the 1700s, and will discuss the importance of food, food preservation, and making do during the pre-Revolutionary era.
Registration is required.
